Our academic and learning assessment service for Brighton delivers a detailed review of an individual’s academic performance, with a focus on key areas such as mathematics, reading, writing, spelling, listening, and oral language skills.
Our psychologist endeavours to identify potential learning difficulties or developmental delays and determine whether an individual may meet the criteria for a Specific Learning Disorder (SLD) diagnosis.
Through understanding these areas, our adult and child psychologists may provide targeted support and recommendations to help improve learning outcomes in educational settings.
Multiple appointments help ensure a comprehensive and reliable evaluation of academic strengths and challenges.
These are undertaken by the individual and, where appropriate, by parents and teachers to help build a thorough understanding of the learning context.
A thorough report summarises assessment outcomes, identifies learning strengths and areas for development, and recommends strategies to support academic progress.
