Cognitive Assessment Fees and Rebates
The base fee for our comprehensive cognitive assessment is $1,955. This may vary depending on the specific tests required, and additional fees will be clarified following the initial appointment. We offer potential rebates for certain appointments and assessments:

Booking Process
Initial Appointment (50 minutes)
This 50-minute appointment is for adults or the parents of a child and costs $300. Rebates may be available through Medicare or Private Health Insurance.
Assessment Confirmation
Following the initial appointment, we confirm the necessary assessments and provide a comprehensive fee breakdown. The total cost, including report writing, varies depending on the required testing.
Assessment Appointments
These appointments are where the formal assessments takes place. During this session, the clinician guides the individual through a series of standardised tests and are given access to online questionnaires designed to gather detailed information relevant to the evaluation.
Feedback Appointment (50 minutes)
A 50-minute feedback session is arranged for the patient or parents, where we provide a detailed assessment report. This appointment costs $300 and may be claimed through Medicare or Private Health Insurance.
