Group Programs

At TT Psychology, we are proud to offer a range of creative and inclusive programs designed to support neurodivergent young people. Our group sessions provide a welcoming space for individuals aged 7-14 to explore their creativity, build self-confidence, and strengthen social connections.

We are committed to providing flexible, supportive environments where participants can connect authentically with others while enhancing their sense of identity and self-understanding.

Current Programs

TT Psychology is excited to offer group programs with a creative focus, to be held after school.

Social Art Group

These programs are open to neurodivergent individuals aged 7-15.

Research tells us how important it is for young people to authentically be themselves, connect in ways that suit them and be supported in a flexible and inclusive environment. It is through this program we aim to offer this inclusive creative space.

Through art-making and creative exploration, these groups will focus on:

  • social connection
  • self-confidence
  • identity and self-understanding
  • relationship building
  • self-expression

All neurodivergent individuals are welcome (participants do not need an official diagnosis)

Our group programs are facilitated by registered creative arts therapist and counsellor Romi Kupfer. Teen Skills Group

Our Teen Skills Group is a structured, evidence-based program designed to support adolescents navigating the emotional intensity and pressures of today’s world.

We teach skills to provide practical, flexible tools that teens can apply in everyday life.

The program is grounded in the five core pillars of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT):

  • Mindfulness: Focusing on the present moment with acceptance.

  • Distress Tolerance: Managing painful emotions without making situations worse.

  • Emotion Regulation: Developing strategies to handle intense emotions effectively.

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Communicating needs, building healthy relationships and self-respect.

  • Walking the Middle Path: Finding balance and flexibility in thinking and behaviour.

Delivered in a safe, supportive, and socially engaging environment, the group provides space for teens to connect with peers, explore the challenges they face in today’s age (including social pressure, academic stress, identity development, and online influences), and practice new coping skills.

This group is ideal for adolescents who experience intense emotions, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or challenges managing big emotions.

Practical skills. Real-world application. A supportive space to grow confidence and resilience.
