Suicide Line Victoria

SuicideLine Victoria is a free 24/7 telephone, video and online counselling service offering professional support to people at risk of suicide, people concerned about someone else’s risk of suicide, people bereaved by suicide and anyone experiencing mental health issues.

Sexual Assault Crisis Line

Sexual Assault Services Victoria (SASVic) is the peak body for 18 specialist sexual assault and harmful sexual behaviour services across Victoria. Specialist sexual assault services provide a free, 24/7 specialist response to victim survivors and other people impacted by sexual violence.

PANDA

PANDA – Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia supports women, men and families across Australia affected by anxiety and depression during pregnancy and in the first year of parenthood. PANDA operates Australia’s only National Helpline for individuals and their families to recover from perinatal anxiety and depression, a serious illness that affects up to one in five expecting or new mums and one in ten expecting or new dads.

Mensline Australia

MensLine Australia is the national telephone and online support, information and referral service for men with family and relationship concerns. The service is available from anywhere in Australia and is staffed by professional counsellors, experienced in men’s issues.

Lifeline

Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. They exist so that no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone.

Kids Helpline

Kids Helpline is a free Australian telephone and online counselling service for young people aged between 5 and 25.

ELMHS Monash

Early in Life Mental Health Service (ELMHS) is a place where young people who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health problems can get help. Monash Health ELMHS is a free service for infants, children, adolescents and families aged 0-18 who live in local government areas of Cardinia, Casey, Greater Dandenong, Kingston and Monash.

Eating Disorders Victoria

Eating Disorders Victoria connects those in Victoria who are affected by eating disorders with the services, people and hope they need for recovery.

CYMHS Alfred

The Alfred Child & Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) offers a co-ordinated mental health service for young people and their families. For families and young people living in the municipalities of Port Phillip, Stonnington and Glen Eira, services are available for people aged 0-25. For families and young people living in the municipalities of Bayside and Kingston, services are available for people aged 0-18.

CATT Team Alfred

The Alfred mental health service provides outreach assessment and treatment, in your home, for those in mental health crisis or during a time when intensive support is needed. It offers an alternative to psychiatric hospitalisation, however if an admission is required, CATT can facilitate this process and provide follow up after discharge if required.

Beyond Blue

Beyond Blue is an Australian mental health and wellbeing support organisation. They provide support programs to address issues related to depression, suicide, anxiety disorders and other related mental illnesses.
