Clinical Psychologists
$320 for a 50 minute appointment
Registered Psychologists
$300 for a 50 minute appointment
Registered Creative Arts Therapist & Counsellor
$230 for a 50 minute appointment
Assessment Fees
Ranging from $1,500 to $5,800 depending on the testing you require.
Report & Letter Writing Fees
If you require a letter or report written (this includes special consideration forms) please send a written request to info@ttpsych.com.au. These will incur fees with no Medicare rebate, these fees will be confirmed based on the request.
School & Health Professional Meetings
School meetings and meetings with a group of a patient's health professional team incur a fee with no Medicare rebate. This may include in person and telehealth meetings and phone calls regarding the patient. These fees will be confirmed based on the request.
Referrals and Rebates
Patients are not required to have a referral in order to see one of our clinicians.
Please note:
- All fees are processed in full and then a rebate may be claimed if eligible.
- For Medicare rebates TT Psychology can process a rebate with a valid MHCP and referral.
- Patients need to claim themselves with private health insurance and NDIS
- Patients cannot claim the same service with multiple providers.

- Medicare rebate with a valid Mental Health Care Plan for a 50 minute appointment is $145.25
- Private Health Insurance may provide rebates (please confirm rebates with your fund)

Registered Psychologists
- Medicare rebate with a valid Mental Health Care Plan for a 50 minute appointment is $98.95

Registered Creative Arts Therapist & Counsellor
- There are no Medicare rebates currently available
- There are no Private Health Insurance rebates currently available

Cancellation Policy
TT Psychology has a 48 hour business day cancellation policy.
Appointments can be cancelled via phone or email only, appointments cannot be cancelled via text message. A late cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations made within 48 hours, a non-attendance fee will be incurred for patients who fail to attend their appointments. These fees will be processed from the patient’s card on file.
Patients must contact us via email or phone by 3pm on a Friday for cancellations on a Monday or Tuesday. All emails and voicemails received after 3pm on a Friday and any time over the weekend will be charged as a ‘morning of appointment’ cancellation.
