About
Nicole is an experienced Mental Health Occupational Therapist who has worked extensively in tertiary mental health services, including Monash Health (ELMHS) and Alfred Health (CYMHS). She has a strong interest in early intervention and prevention, and primarily works with children, adolescents, and their families.
Nicole brings a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to her work. She is committed to supporting individuals to build resilience, develop practical skills, and thrive emotionally, socially, and academically across home, school, and community settings. She has experience working with a wide range of mental health complexities and neurodevelopmental difficulties, supporting people throughout their mental health recovery journey.
In addition to her role at TT Psychology, Nicole works as a Mental Health Practitioner at McKinnon Secondary College, where she works with students and their families to improve the young person’s wellbeing and learning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
At TT Psychology, Nicole provides sensory profile assessments to help individuals and families understand how sensory processing impacts everyday functioning. She works closely with clients and their support networks to translate assessment findings into practical, individualised recommendations. These may include adapting environments or building skills to manage sensory input more effectively, with the goal of improving participation and wellbeing across daily environments.
