TT Psychology has a stringent 48 hour business day cancellation policy. The act of booking any appointment with our service means that you agree to this policy in full.
TT Psychology is committed to providing a high level of patient care. As part of this commitment we have a 48 hour business day cancellation policy for all appointments. Appointments can be cancelled via phone or email only, appointments cannot be cancelled via text message.
A late cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations made within 48 hours (business days). A non-attendance fee will be incurred for patients who fail to attend their appointments. These fees will be processed from the patient's card on file.
Patients must contact us via email or phone by 3pm on a Friday for cancellations on a Monday or Tuesday. For weekend appointments, patients must contact us by 3pm on a Friday for any cancellations otherwise a non-attendance fee will be charged.
All emails and voicemails regarding weekday appointments that are received after 3pm on a Friday and any time over the weekend will be charged as a 'morning of appointment' cancellation.

TT Psychology puts both patient care and clinician care as a top priority. In order to do this we must ensure that clinicians have a manageable caseload so that patients can access appointments when required and the clinician is not overwhelmed with patients. We can only afford to provide you with this service if we have a stringent cancellation policy.
TT psychology sends both text message and email reminders 3 business days before your appointment. This allows for patients to cancel their appointment once they have received this reminder. The patient will only incur a cancellation fee if it is within 48 hours (business days) before the appointment time.
TT Psychology administration works Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Therefore, business days include any normal weekday other than a public holiday or office closure period, between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
Cancellation fees will be directly charged to the encrypted credit card account details stored on your patient file.
If a cancellation fee is charged under this policy and you do not pay the fee promptly we will be unable to continue providing you with the service.
