You do not need a referral to book an EMDR appointment. However, if you wish to claim Medicare rebates, a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP are required.


We are based in Elsternwick, Melbourne, and support clients from surrounding suburbs including St Kilda, Brighton, Caulfield, and nearby areas. All therapy is provided from our Elsternwick clinic.
