COVID19 POLICY

TT Psychology is committed to putting our patient and staff health and wellbeing as a number one priority. We are therefore closely following healthcare advice and government guidelines around COVID19 regulations and restrictions.  TT Psychology upholds and complies with all government regulations and has a COVID Safe Plan in place. 

All staff at TT Psychology have received three doses of the COVID19 vaccination. 

For all in person appointments we ask patients to do the following

- Sign in using our Ipad located in our waiting room

- Social distancing must be kept throughout the appointment 

- Only attend your appointment if you are feeling well 

Patients must change to a telehealth appointment in the following circumstances

- If a patient is showing COVID-19 symptoms or are awaiting test results  

- If a patient has COVID-19 

- If a patient is unwell with gastro or flu like symptoms 

Changing to Telehealth

If your appointment is on a weekday please email us by the latest time of 8am on the morning of your appointment. 

If your appointment is on a weekend please email us by the latest time of 3pm on the Friday before your appointment.

This policy has been implemented on health and safety grounds.

*A COVID19 vaccination means a vaccine designed to reduce the risk associated with COVID19 listed by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
