We use industry-leading cognitive tests to ensure accuracy and reliability in our assessments:

• WISC-V / WPPSI-IV Tests: Designed for children (aged 2+) and adults, these assessments provide an in-depth view of cognitive functioning across multiple domains.
• BASC-3 Questionnaires: Comprehensive tools that evaluate behavioural and emotional aspects for children and adolescents from the perspectives of teachers, parents, and the child.

 The base fee for our comprehensive cognitive assessment service is $1,780. This may vary depending on the specific tests required, and additional fees will be clarified following the initial consultation. We offer potential rebates for certain consultations and assessments:

• Medicare Rebates: If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral, you may claim rebates for the initial consultation and feedback session.
• Private Health Insurance: Rebates may be available for patients with psychology coverage.
• Additional Rebates: Medicare rebates may apply to certain assessment sessions for patients under the age of 25. Please contact us for more details. 

Our booking process is designed to ensure a smooth and supportive experience:

1. Initial Patient Consultation: This 50-minute consultation is for adults or the parents of a child and costs $290. Rebates may be available through Medicare or Private Health Insurance.
2. Assessment Confirmation: Following the initial consultation, we confirm the necessary assessments and provide a comprehensive fee breakdown. The total cost, including report writing, ranges from $1,360 to $5,500, depending on the required testing.

• Feedback Consultation: A 50-minute feedback session is arranged for the patient or parents, where we provide a detailed assessment report. This consultation costs $290 and may be claimed through Medicare or Private Health Insurance.
