Susie is a registered psychologist with experience in private, public, and forensic settings. Her areas of interest include the assessment of neurodevelopmental conditions such as intellectual disability, specific learning disorders, autism, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She acknowledges that neurodevelopmental conditions can have significant academic, social, communication, behavioural and psychological impacts.
Susie values a client-centred approach to assessment and aims to work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective. She is passionate about providing every individual with the opportunity to understand themselves better, particularly their strengths, differences, and support needs.
Susie’s gentle and warm approach aims to create a respectful, safe, and supportive space for clients to express themselves and build upon their existing skills and strengths.
